Why I Love This meal:
This is my take on a steak caesar salad minus the beef, cheese and romaine 🙂 The hot tuna seared steak covered with all those amazing spices on top of super heathy avocado Greek salad is so filling. Makes for a perfect dinner when you’re looking for no carb meal.
This recipe is makes for dinner of two
- 2 Tuna steaks
- Montreal Steak Spice or any Caribbean spice mix of your liking
Wet the Tuna and cover steak with spices. Sear on a hot fry pan with olive oil. I like to cook it for a few minutes on each side so the inside is pink. If seared style is not of your liking, cook all the way.
Avocado Greek Salad:
- 1 Avocado
- 2 beef steak tomatoes
- 1 large Cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 2-3 hand full of Spinach chopped
- 1 handful of fresh Basil chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons of Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
Toss all together and enjoy!
